Legal Marketing Innovation Academy
An in-person intensive for legal marketing and business development professionals who need more than vague “innovation.” This program gives participants a practical roadmap, reusable tools, and a clearer view of how modern law firms actually generate growth.
Practical, strategic, and not allergic to reality
There are more CRM options for law firms today than ever before — and no single right answer. The right platform for your firm depends on your growth strategy, internal resources, and budget. The Legal Marketing Innovation Academy gives you the framework to evaluate your options and make that decision with confidence.
A workshop for people who have to make the machine work
Every participant leaves with the tools to build a multi-year transformation roadmap, a comprehensive toolkit of reusable templates, and a broader understanding of the business processes behind how firms generate revenue — and how technology and process support that growth.
Industry-specific
Designed for legal marketing. No generic B2B fluff, no startup cosplay.
Strategic roadmap
Build a comprehensive, actionable plan for implementing new technologies across multiple years.
Budget optimization
Prioritize investments, reduce bad-fit software decisions, and get more from MarTech spend.
Stakeholder alignment
Learn how to build consensus, manage change, and keep momentum after the workshop high wears off.
What participants build and take back
Scores across Client Health, Lead & Pipeline Management, Business Planning, Digital Engagement, and Pitch & Proposal.
RFP templates, demo scorecards, stakeholder assessments, planning tools, communications guides, and working frameworks.
Optional remote final presentation a few weeks later. Those who present earn LMIA certification.
A mapped view of the firm’s current technology ecosystem and the gaps that matter.
Review your firm’s specific DMA results, constraints, priorities, and roadmap choices with Mount Insights principals.
Because this market will not sit still and neither should the materials.
Structured to move you from insight to action.
Our program combines an intensive in-person workshop with post-workshop consulting and support to make sure you can apply what you learned at your firm.
01 — In-Person Workshop
A full-day intensive with hands-on exercises, group discussion, and a workbook full of templates, prompts, and working models. Small cohorts mean real attention instead of “thanks for your question, we’ll take that offline.”

03 — Remote Final Presentation
A few weeks later, participants reconvene remotely to share their roadmap and receive feedback from peers. It is optional, but prior cohorts consistently rate it as one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
