Our program combines an intensive in-person workshop with post-workshop consulting and support to make sure you can apply what you learned at your firm.

01 — In-Person Workshop

A full-day intensive with hands-on exercises, group discussion, and a workbook full of templates, prompts, and working models. Small cohorts mean real attention instead of “thanks for your question, we’ll take that offline.”

02 — 1-on-1 Consulting

Schedule a private session with Mount Insights principals to review your specific challenges, Digital Maturity Assessment results, and roadmap.

03 — Remote Final Presentation

A few weeks later, participants reconvene remotely to share their roadmap and receive feedback from peers. It is optional, but prior cohorts consistently rate it as one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

We start with an overview of trends in legal marketing technology. Participants leave with a working understanding of three law firm types, the broader maturity landscape, and the MarTech Wheel framework, which is used to capture the firm’s current state.
Using the custom Digital Maturity Assessment report, participants learn to interpret scores across five dimensions, compare against industry benchmarks, and identify where they sit on the maturity ladder. In the workshop, each participant selects a strategic priority and defines the goals that anchor the rest of the program.
A deep dive into the foundational platforms that power modern legal marketing. Participants leave with a practical understanding of how these systems connect, where data architecture matters most, and where AI creates meaningful opportunities rather than just extra software invoices.
Learn how leading firms turn clean, tagged data into usable experience records, compelling narratives, and faster proposal development. Covers profiling workflows, taxonomies, governance, and the tools that streamline proposal assembly.
This unit covers business planning, content strategy, client intelligence, and the website as a lead-generation platform. It also includes an introduction to SEO, GEO, and AEO — the emerging discipline of optimizing firm visibility for AI-powered search.
Participants learn how to prioritize initiatives, map and manage stakeholders, build a phased roadmap, evaluate and select software, and design the team structure needed to support adoption. This is the session that helps turn “good ideas” into something implementation can live with.
Covers emerging capabilities, practical use cases, and a framework for deciding where AI belongs in the roadmap: Year 1 quick win, Year 2 enhancement, or Year 3 aspiration.
A few weeks after the workshop, the cohort reconvenes for a casual remote session where participants present what they’ve been working on. It is optional, but prior cohorts consistently say it is one of the most valuable elements — seeing how peers are solving similar problems at their firms.
